Carrot-honey smoothie
Before the sauna, it's good to take care of your energy levels, and Hunaja-Aita's carrot-honey smoothie is the solution for that!
Raw materials (3-4 servings):
- 2 medium or 3 small carrots
- 1 apple
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- Oat milk
- Ice cubes
- 4 generous tablespoons of Hunaja-Aita multi-flower honey
Recipe:
- Peel and chop the carrot and fruit
- Put the carrot pieces and 1.5 dl of oat milk in a blender, blend as smooth as you can. If necessary, you can add a little oat milk to make the mixture smooth.
- Add the juice of half a lemon and the orange pieces, mix
- Add 3 generous tablespoons of Hunaja-Aita multi-flower honey, blend
- Add 6 ice cubes, blend so that the ice breaks and mixes into the mixture
- Add the pieces of apple and banana at a steady pace while mixing
- Blend the smoothie until smooth and fluffy, pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
