Ordering products
Products are ordered through the online store. Orders always receive an email confirmation. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. When placing an order, the customer commits to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Shipping and handling costs
We charge €5.90 for the delivery and handling costs of the products. The products are delivered as a postal package
We do not charge a delivery fee for orders over €50.
Delivery times
The products are delivered within 3-5 days of the order.
Exchange and return conditions
You have a 14-day right of return for the product you bought. If the product you ordered is defective or we have sent you the wrong product, you can return it according to the return instructions.
The right of return does not apply to the following products:
Products that may not be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. honey, cosmetics and similar products)
Products that spoil or expire quickly
The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging.
Simply not picking up or returning the goods is no longer enough to cancel the transaction.
The cancellation notification must be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment and the goods must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notification.

Obstacle force majeure
Zyrif Oy is not responsible for delays and damages resulting from an obstacle beyond its control, which it could not have reasonably foreseen or the consequences of which it cannot avoid. A force majeure is considered e.g. staff falling ill, import and export bans and disruptions in transport. If the force majeure continues for more than three months, both the merchant and the customer have the right to cancel the orders without damages or delay penalties.
We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
